Schedules
The schedules are intended to provide a guide to what is required on each leg for each age group but every runner has his, or her, own preferences and these schedules should be amended to reflect these preferences. Leg 1, in particular, can be difficult to schedule accurately, especially for the fastest schedules, so recces and adjustments to these 'generic schedules' are strongly recommended.Click each category to view then download/save the schedule
